Lending Policy

At AUREI LÚA, we do allow the lending of our samples to both stylists and influencers. We have a strict policy on the lending of our garments to ensure the people lending truly do respect the brand, the garment and the work that goes into creating these beautiful pieces.

Please read the below carefully before contacting us.

1. If you are an influencer and believe you are a good fit for AUREI LÚA, please submit your bio (with links) via email to tamika@aureilua.com. We will review it and respond to you if and when we are seeking the services of an influencer. 
2. Our business name is not to be used on any photo or video, or in any description of a photo or video anywhere unless we have expressly agreed to this in an email sent from tamika@aureilua.com.
3. No alterations are to be performed on garments unless you have purchased them, or unless we have expressly agreed to this in an email sent from the store owner’s email address.
4. At the time of booking, we require our lending form to be filled out and returned to tamika@aureilua.com. Fill your contact details in down below to request a lending form.
5. Once you have submitted your lending form and we approve your request, we will then provide you with an invoice for the security deposit which will need to be paid in order to confirm the booking. We will not hold garments for you if you are late paying the security deposit.
6. A security deposit of the total retail value of the garments is required upon booking/collection of garments. This will be refunded (minus the lease fee set out in section 8) when the garments are returned in their original condition.
7. All garments must be cleaned before they are returned. We will send you the appropriate cleaning instructions upon confirmation of booking. If the garments are returned uncleaned and we need to arrange cleaning ourselves, a cleaning fee of $25.00 will be deducted from your security deposit.
8. Should the garments need to be posted, all freight costs are payable by the lender.
9. All garments are charged at a leasing fee totalling 5% of their retail value per day. Shipping time is excluded from this.
10. Should the garments incur any damage during their lend, you will be required to pay the full retail price of said garment, no exceptions.
11. All photos or videos taken of our garments must be provided to us.
12. We reserve the right to use any photo or video taken of our garments. We will refund the lease fee for those garments featured in media that we use.
13. We reserve the right to prohibit the use or distribution of any photo or video taken of our garments (in case you choose to photograph our clothing in a way that we disagree with).
